My goal is simply to give you a clear picture of your roof's condition and, if I see something that needs attention, do my best to help you address it before it becomes a bigger issue.
If I don't see any issues or anything that stands out during my inspection, I'll let you know. If I do see something that needs attention, I'll explain what I found and, based on my experience, help you understand how urgent it is.
Your home is a big investment, and my goal is to help you protect it and avoid unexpected issues down the road. That way, you can make an informed decision and have peace of mind knowing you're staying ahead of potential problems before they have a chance to become bigger, more serious ones.
I’ll inspect your roof for signs of wear, damage, or potential concerns. When it’s safe to do so, I’ll inspect the roof by walking it. If I see any reason it may be best not to walk on it directly, I may inspect it more thoroughly from a ladder. Either way, I’ll take pictures to show you what I see.
If I notice something that needs attention, I’ll show you what I found through the pictures I’ve taken, explain what it means, and help you understand how it can be addressed. If I don’t find anything that stands out during my inspection, I’ll let you know that as well.
I’ll help you understand how urgent any concerns may be and answer any questions you have. This way, you can make an informed decision about what’s best for your home and your situation.
If your roof needs attention, I’ll walk you through the options and help you understand what the next steps could look like. If no action is needed, you’ll know that too.
If you’re a homeowner in West Central Minnesota, I’m here to help you get a clear picture of your roof’s condition and stay ahead of potential problems. I primarily serve communities west of Willmar, from Montevideo to Morris.
I’ve been with Preferred Roofing for more than five years. I enjoy helping homeowners understand their roofing and exterior home needs to find the right solutions for their homes. Before that, I spent more than six years working in general carpentry, giving me additional hands-on experience with homes and how they’re built.
I bring that experience with me when I look at your home. My goal isn’t to sell you something you don’t need — it’s to help you understand what I see, what it means, and what options you may have.
